Linux is an operating system, used on millions of servers worldwide (about one third of all servers facing the web). It’s extremely stable and flexible, it’s actively maintained by thousands of developers,  it’s Open Source. And it’s free.

PHP is one of the most popular scripting languages for web development.  Combined with MySQL, it’s a combo which powers most of the internet. We also speak fluent Java, Javascript and C++.

We use PHP development frameworks like Codeigniter and Laravel. It cuts down development time, and improves quality and security – much of the mundane and repetitive functionality is already baked into a development framework.

WordPress is undoubtedly one of the most popular solutions for setting up a presentation website: It has an enormous amount of both free and premium themes and plugins available, and is very easy to manage. About 25% of the websites on the internet today are WordPress sites!

As far as Open Source eCommerce solutions goes, Magento is the king. It is incredibly powerful and flexible, but needs a relatively powerful server to really shine. If you have less products in your store, you may also consider Prestashop or OpenCart, which are more lightweight.

We make desktop applications as well, using the excellent cross platform  framework Qt. That means that we’re able to create native versions of an application for both Windows and MacOS (and Linux, for that matter). Qt even supports many mobile and embedded devices.
